Shipping

HighViz LLC. shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense associated in any way with any failure to deliver. All shipping is FOB Destination, therefore, any packages in route are the responsibility of the receiver.

All shipping prices are estimates only and actual shipping charges will depend on the state or country on where the items are being shipped to. Any supplied delivery dates are also estimations, and packages have no guaranteed date of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to HighViz LLC. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to HighViz LLC, please contact us to make arrangements to re-ship the product(s).

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carrier. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as HighViz LLC is only charging the transportation fee for the packages. HighViz LLC will not change the value amount of the order to accommodate less duties & taxes, no exceptions!!
