Returns

All landing gear, Robostruts, and electronic component purchases are non-returnable.  It is up to HighViz LLC’s sole discretion to make refunds for these products. HighViz LLC will accept the return of other merchandise within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment under the following conditions:

1. You have discussed the return with HighViz LLC and have gotten approval for the process.
2. All merchandise must be in unopened original packaging and cannot have any signs of tampering.
3. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your returned items. HighViz LLC is not responsible for lost packages.
4. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Refunds

Refunds for any returned items shall be in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

1. HighViz LLC reserves the right to refund purchases using gift cards that can only be redeemed on HighViz LLC’s website.
2. HighViz LLC will not refund return shipping costs. 

Fulfillment

Once your order has been processed, HighViz LLC. Will attempt ship your order within 72 hours, pending product availability. If your order contains multiple items, there could be a possibility of some items being backordered. HighViz LLC. will ship your order and will notify you if there are any items that are backordered. If you want your order to ship without out-of-stock items, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to ship backorder items to you.
