"Thank you to HighViz RC! I contacted Larry Peterson after they bought the Robart line of retracts. I was having an issue and sent him measurements of the existing trunnion along with a part number from the Robart website. Larry got back to me in less than 24 hours, and not only did he have the trunnion I needed in his inventory, but he even confirmed my measurements against the new part. The retract now works properly! As I suspected it was, in fact, a defective trunnion that was probably mis-welded at the factory. Thanks again. The future may be bright for all of the Robart users out there with HighViz stepping in to fill the void!!"
